Rhonda Kahn is the CEO of AIM27 Inc. Rhonda’s principal focus are in the areas of leadership, financial and operations management, and process improvement. Rhonda is particularly skilled at group facilitation, brainstorming solutions, and forging consensus among leaders with diverging ideas. She is an analytical thinker who effectively partners with senior managers to assess opportunities, facilitate strategic decisions and drive successful implementations. Rhonda has participated in many mergers and acquisitions, from both sides of the table.
During her career, Rhonda has worked for many banking institutions in Denver and Atlanta, beginning her career as a bank teller, rising to the position of Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Rhonda was also a founding member of a start-up bank in metro Atlanta. Under her leadership this was one of few banks started in the last decade to not only survive the “Great Recession of 2008” but to then thrive.
Ivan Kahn is President of AIM27 Inc. In this role, he looks for opportunities to form, acquire, and invest in companies with solid growth and profit potential over the long-term. He also leads and manages companies within AIM27’s portfolio. Ivan is accomplished at strategic planning, and in leveraging technology to transform businesses, expand market share, and enhance company profitability.
Ivan is a former flight instructor, charter pilot, airfreight pilot and in-flight Video Director. He holds Airline Transport Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor certificates for airplanes and gliders. When he moved to Atlanta he began work as Marketing Director for a company that sold visual systems for flight simulators to companies such as American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and the Royal Air Force. He then spent over a decade being responsible for research, vision, design, risk management, and creation and implementation of corporate and IT strategies. Ivan worked at the CxO level to build partnerships, educate, optimize and exploit technology, and to better leverage corporate resources.
Ivan is also a Master Scuba Diver, a volunteer diver at the Georgia Aquarium, at the Coral Restoration Foundation in Key Largo, Florida, and with Reef Renewal Foundation International.
